Micellar based water is a cosmetic product that is made to clean the face or make up, with the main component of water as a solvent. It contain moisturizing ingredients,  antioxidants and skin lighteners. The advantage of using this Product is that it does not irritate the skin when used and is used for all skin types. One of the plants known to have health benefits and is widely used in cosmetics is the telang (Clitoria ternatea). Telang has properties as an antioxidant,anti-inflammatory, anticancer and lowering lipid levels in the blood. The part of the telang plant that is used for medicine and gas rich in active substances is its flower. The Telang's colour  is purple to blue in color. Telang flower contains anthocyanin compounds, kaempferol, quercetin, myrisetin, taksasaerol, malvidin-glucoside and Bsitosterol. The high antioxidant activity of telang flower extract is directly related to the levels of phenolic compounds, especially anthocyanins. Previous research stated that the total anthocyanin content contained in the telang flower extract was 16.07 mg/g of material and was responsible for the antioxidant activity and pharmacological activity as anticancer, antitumor and neurodegenerative diseases.
