MICROGREENS FOR FUTURE OR URBAN FARMING Potential-productTechnology

Listing Description

One of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) in 2030 is sustainable cities and communities. To support this goal, urban cities are the right step in shaping sustainable ones. Urban Agriculture (UA) and peri-urban agriculture can be defined as the cultivation, processing, and distribution of food and other products through the cultivation of crops and rarely raising livestock in and around cities to feed the local population (Goldstein & Hendrickson, 2012). The urban concept itself has developed rapidly, including microgreen and hydroponic wick systems by utilizing used goods.
