The innovation in this beverage product is not only in the use of telang flowers, but the manufacture of "Eagle Shell Coffee" is combined using eggshell coffee as a pastry waste treatment. The purpose of using egg shells is to reduce the waste generated by the pastry production industry in Politeknik Indonusa Surakarta’s laboratory. By utilizing egg shells, it is expected to reduce the volume of waste, especially production in the laboratory of processed pastry and kitchen catering products. Innovation continues to be carried out in the catering industry by paying attention to benefits, creativity and also the environment. The use of materials from the surrounding environment is a motivation for us to continue to innovate in developing culinary products.
